Terms governing our website and services

1. Business identity

2. Services provided

Valyon provides business management consulting, operational planning, business financial-readiness guidance, business credit education and growth-strategy support. The exact scope of any engagement is defined in the service agreement or proposal provided to the client.

3. No professional or lending services

Valyon LLC provides business consulting and general educational information. Valyon is not a bank, lender, credit bureau, law firm, accounting firm or investment adviser. Valyon does not issue loans, make credit decisions, guarantee financing, guarantee credit-score increases or guarantee the removal of information from credit reports. Any financing products referenced are offered by independent third parties and are subject to their own eligibility requirements, underwriting, terms and conditions. Clients should consult qualified legal, tax, accounting or financial professionals regarding their individual circumstances.

4. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information they provide, for their own business decisions, and for implementing (or choosing not to implement) any recommendation.

5. Fees and payment

Fees, payment timing and engagement duration are set out in the applicable service agreement. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors subject to their own terms. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. No guarantee of outcomes

Results depend on each client's circumstances, actions, documentation, market conditions and decisions. No specific financial, funding, credit or business outcome is promised or guaranteed.

7. Confidentiality and privacy

Information shared with Valyon is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

Website content, templates and materials prepared by Valyon remain the property of Valyon LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their own internal business purposes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valyon's total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Valyon is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
